Q2 2024 Performance of Top Dining Apps on Android in Chile

The dining and restaurant mobile application landscape has seen varying trends in the second quarter of 2024. Sensor Tower provides detailed insights into how these apps have performed in terms of downloads and weekly active users.

McDonald's Offers and Delivery showed a positive trend in downloads, starting at roughly 12K in the first week of April and peaking at nearly 29K by the end of May, before settling at around 18K towards the end of June. Weekly active users fluctuated, beginning at approximately 103K and reaching a high of 125K in late May, with the quarter closing at about 112K active users.

KFC APP - Ec, Co, Cl, Ar y Ve also experienced a steady increase in downloads, starting the quarter with 9K and rising to over 13K by June's end. Weekly active users saw a gradual increase, starting at 96K and reaching over 110K in the last week of June.

Papa John's Chile downloads showed significant growth, beginning at approximately 5K and surging to 9K towards the end of the quarter. The app's weekly active users saw an initial 46K in early April, dipped slightly mid-quarter, and rebounded to over 56K by the end of June.

Burger King Chile had a more variable quarter. Downloads spiked mid-April at nearly 9K, followed by a surge to 15K in late May. The weekly active users started at about 48K, peaked at 68K in the same period, and ended the quarter with around 53K.

Starbucks Chile saw the smallest figures among the top dining apps. Downloads ranged from under 1K to over 2K, with the highest point in the last week of June. Weekly active users began at around 10K, peaked at approximately 14K, and maintained a steady level of about 11K to 12K throughout the quarter.
